Shipping:
For orders shipped to the Continental United States we have table rate shipping costs, the layout is below:
$1-$9 = $6 shipping
$10-$49 = $10 shipping
$50-$99 = $15 shipping
$100-$199 = $18 shipping
$200-$299 = $24 shipping
$300 and over = $30 shipping
Please keep in mind that our tools weigh a lot and we take pride in packaging them well to get to you safely.
For International Orders and those going to Alaska and Hawaii: the actual shipping cost is charged. After you place an order we will contact you with price & details. If you are considering placing an order and would like to know the shipping cost before purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote.
Local Pickup: available upon request, if you place an order online and choose to pick up at our shop in Fort Collins, CO we will refund the shipping charge. Our Colorado tax rate will be charged for all pick-up orders. Please note that we are not a retail location and all visits must be arranged prior to your arrival by contacting us.
Timeline: We are a small business, but do our best to keep up with our orders. Most orders are shipped in approx. 1-4 business days (M-F, 9am-5pm). Any extended delays (due to being out of the office, at a symposium, etc.) will be posted on the homepage of our website. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
Shipping Service: We use both the US Postal Service and UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email after your order ships.
Returns:
We hope you will love your new tools, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted* for up to 60 days from when the order was placed, and will be refunded minus the original shipping charge and a 5% processing fee (unfortunately our credit card processors don’t refund us processing fees even when we refund you, hence the 5% fee). The product must be in the same condition that you received it in and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed when we receive the tool(s) and will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. If you have any questions, or would like to initiate at return, please contact us.
*Gift certificates and workshop deposits are non-refundable.
