Shipping:
For Orders within the United States (Including AK and HI) we have table rate shipping costs, the layout is below:
$1-$49 = $8 shipping
$50-$99 = $12 shipping
$100-$199 = $16 shipping
$200-$299 = $20 shipping
$300 and over = $24 shipping
Please keep in mind that our tools weigh a lot and we take pride in packaging the well to get to you safely, however if you feel that you are being charged too much for shipping, please reach out to us.
For International Orders: the actual shipping cost is charged. After you place an order we will contact you with price & details. If you are considering placing an order and would like to know the shipping cost before purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a quote.
Local Pickup: available upon request, if you place an order online and choose to pick up at our shop in Fort Collins, CO we will refund the shipping charge. Our CO tax of 3.7% will be charged for all pick-up orders. Please note that we are not a retail location and all visits must be arranged prior to your arrival by contacting us.
Timeline: We are a small business, but do our best to keep up with our orders. Most orders are shipped in approx. 1-4 business days (M-F, 9am-5pm). Any extended delays (due to being out of the office, at a symposium, etc.) will be posted on the homepage of our website. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions.
Shipping Service: We use both the US Postal Service and UPS. A tracking number will be provided via email after your order ships.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted, and will be refunded minus the original shipping charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return please contact us.
